This session will give an overview to DOD funding mechanisms targeting medical conditions, including how to determine if your disease/condition is listed with PRMRP in typical cycles, how to leverage your work with a focus on military/veteran health, how to consider partnering with federal labs or VA system, how DOD contracts differ from other federal grants and how to assess your technology readiness level (TRL) as emphasized in these funding mechanisms.  We will also discuss the current status of DOD budgeted funding opportunities.
